Archbishop Wayne Boosahda serves as archbishop of the CEEC Society of St. Patrick & St. Aidan and the Diocese of St. Patrick, a family of congregations, missions and ministries of the worldwide Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches, having served as one of the founding bishops of the CEEC. He also served as the Presiding Bishop for the worldwide CEEC in many of its key foundational developments for 6 years
as well as Primate Emeritus for the Christian Communion International, USA which is a full communion member of the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches. Archbishop Boosahda has also served the work of Christ as one of the pioneers in the “convergence movement”. He has had extensive background in worship renewal ministry, church planting and leadership formation, as well as teaching and speaking
across a wide spectrum of the Church of Jesus Christ in many denominations and conferences and is a musician/songwriter and former CCM record producer/publisher. He also serves as a spiritual father and mentor to new and emerging leaders and church planters in the convergence/ancient-future movement within his own diocese and through the Society of St. Patrick & St. Aidan and beyond. His heart and focus is on equipping and empowering all followers of Christ to live committed and authentic lives in the Way and Works of Jesus Christ, seeking to be carriers of His healing power and transforming Presence in a broken world. In addition, Archbishop Wayne ministers with his wife, Stephanie, an internationally known and accomplished songwriter/composer, teacher and Christian recording artist, in teaching missions, seminars, and worship renewal conferences throughout the nation.
He has written feature articles for Dr. Robert Webber’s The Complete Library of Christian Worship, Worship Leader Magazine, Worship For the Ancient Faith, Acts 29 Magazine, Treasures Old and New and other publications. He has also begun work on the planting & development of The Greenhouse Abbey Community & Training Institute, an apostolic training, resource, and spiritual renewal community, to serve the Diocese of St. Patrick, the Society of St. Patrick & St. Aidan, other renewal streams of the Church, as well as the wider needs of the CEEC. The new work located in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area. He holds a B.A. in Religious Studies, a Master of Divinity Degree from the Evangelical Episcopal Theological Seminary, an Honorary D. Min. from Theological Open University of Secunderabad, India and an Honorary Th. D. from Sanctus Theological Institute.
